Videoconferencing
The Office of Academic Technology will fund a pilot project whereby any official numbered UF course will be eligible for videoconferencing, including use of video-capable conference rooms if needed, at no charge, for the 2008-2009 academic year.
- $25 per hour
or
$50 per hour with on-site technician
- $50 video conferencing cart setup fee **
or
$25 per hour AT conference room rental (no setup fee)
- $5 reserved multi-point conference setup fee
Satellite downlinks
- $25 per hour

Point-to-Point

Streaming
- $50 per hour for live streaming

- $15 per hour of content for converting videos (no setup fee)
MediaSite Streaming
- $100 per hour for rich media capture

Video Storage
- $25 per gigabyte per semester with backup services
Video Production
- $50 per hour
$50 setup fee **
Cable TV Service
- $15 per month per outlet
Cable TV Installation
- As quoted.
** If more than one service is requested, there will be a $50 per event setup fee.
Notice: Events canceled less than one week in advance will still be billed the standard charges.
